What are your normal business hours?
Our customer service representatives can be reached between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm eastern time.
What happens if an item is not in stock?
You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives if there is a backorder on any of your items. Back order merchandise will ship as soon as available. Credit cards will not be charged until merchandise ships.
When will I receive the merchandise I ordered?
All orders are processed within 2 business days after your order has been received. Please allow two weeks for regular ground delivery.
